SAFARI's employees experience rigorous training of documentation and manufacturing process standards. They learn to use our customized Electronic Data Collection System (EDCS) which maintains an inspection record traceable by assemblies UID.

In addition to ISO quality assurance initiatives, SAFARI maintains a full time Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) instructor with practical manufacturing experience by conducting worker proficiency training for quality inspectors, manufacturing personnel and support staff. The IPC CIT provides instruction and training based on IPC-A-610, electronic assemblies most widely used standard published by IPC for end product acceptance criteria. Our trainer is responsible for teaching this standard for visual inspection in order to support a commitment to continuous improvement and product quality.

SAFARI's team accumulates a mass of knowledge through internal training and growth initiatives. Our mission is to share that knowledge with our partners and suppliers through applied development. The end result is a smarter process... and a better product.
